The easiest and most hassle-free car purchasing event I’ve ever been involved with. They worked hard to meet my needs and expectations in terns of the transaction. One thing buyers should pay attention to, however, is the add-ons. Question and negotiate these add-ons, as they are essentially thinly-veiled strategies for additional dealer profit and margin. Not unique to Twin City Hyundai/South Knoxville Genesis.

This dealership (Specifically Austin) worked wonders for my wife and I. We have a child coming soon and were in need of an SUV. Having our eyes on a Santa Fe already, they were able to push out the discounts and help us get our 2024 limited Santa Fe in the slick bronze color. I paid for two (2) key fobs only received one. I have contacted them multiple times as to where my second key fob is, all they do is blame coporate, yet they charged me for two key fobs and will not give me the second under any circumstances. They stink and took my money for two key fobs.

I am from Kentucky, and Twin City Hyundai/Genesis is by far the best and most accommodating Hyundai/Genesis dealership from Tennessee to Kentucky! I have been to all other dealerships within 200 miles of my home area and never had a good experience until Twin City. The staff was exceptionally kind and did everything possible to ensure I had the best experience possible. Desiree and Christine were exceptional! Thank you to Mike in Service and Deserie at the front desk. We broke down in Louden, TN on the way to northern Florida on Friday, Oct. 25. We frantically searched for the closest Hyundai dealer nearby that Saturday morning.. Mike, in service, immediately took our call. On Monday, October 28, 2024, Mike Jenkins and Chris certainly made our experience with a problem with our Genesis less stressful. Mike suggested we call Genesis pick up service because we were uncertain about driving the car with a shifter problem. The Genesis towing service provided prompt pick up using a flat bed truck. I got my Elantra here back in 2021. Since then, I come here a few times a year to get it serviced. Everyone here is so nice and I usually wait on-site for less than 3 hours. Compared to mechanics I've taken my previous vehicles to, this is very fast!

I purchased on new vehicle today from Twin City Hyundai. The experience was one of few times in my car-buying life where I did not feel like I was in a car dealership. The people from sales manager to sales rep to service tech to receptionist to finance manager were down home and like a family. No pressure tactics, straight forward, clear and honest....and a great deal to top it off. Not only is Hyundai a great car brand but this dealer is outstanding. Our sales person Andy was really amazing. He knew everything about the car we were looking at, even some things I thought he wouldn't know! Buy and/or service your car somewhere else. Nightmare. My daughters car had an engine recall on it - sat in the lot for 8-10 months before finally getting the new engine (1 year and a half ago). Two weeks ago, the new engine caught on fire with my daughter, baby granddaughter, and daughters boyfriend driving in the car. I have yet to hear back from anyone and have left several messages. I will be finding an attorney next.
